The villa lies in the charming community of Dolcedo, in the vicinity of the provincial capital Imperia.  It is situated on a quiet hill, surrounded by ten other villas.

Entrance to the villa goes via a gate on a small road. A few steps lead to the main level which offers a shaded terrace with a table for eating ‘al fresco’ with magnificent views over the Prino valley and a lush garden with two beautiful palm trees and a soft lawn.

A second flight of steps leads to the next garden level where the swimming pool heated at a temperature of 29 °C is located, as well as a terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. A few small steps bring you to the top terrace which offers a petanque area which can also be used for other sports.

The house has two levels: the first level contains a spacious living room with a dining table and fire place, an open plan kitchen, a large bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. The modern kitchen with a central island in a bar-counter style is equipped with a large oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and many other appliances.

A spiral staircase in the living room leads to the second floor which houses two large bedrooms, a smaller room with a bunk bed, a laundry room, separate toilet and a large bathroom with a large shower and bath tub and a stunning view.
